About Me
Hi, I'm Elisabeth - the owner and planner behind Myrenrose Weddings. I was born and raised on a small farm in Aremark, Norway, and now live in a small town in Minnesota with my husband and two cats. We said "I Do" on a budget, and I know firsthand how to make magic happen without breaking the bank.
I started the business in 2025 with a heart for helping couples plan meaningful, faith-filled weddings that reflect their values without the pressure to "go big" or overspend. I believe marriage is a holy, joyful covenant - not just an event - and I count it a privilege to walk alongside couples as they prepare for such a sacred day.
I'm detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and happiest when I'm helping others feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Behind the Name
I grew up on this farm - a quiet place surrounded by fields, pine trees, and seasons that taught me the beauty of simplicity.
The name Myrenrose is inspired by my maiden name, Myhre, and the Norwegian word myren, which has roots in Old Norse and is in many farmstead names at home - a place where new things quietly grow. It reflects where I come from: grounded, resilient, and full of quiet charm.
The word rose adds a layer of softness and celebration - a symbol of love in full bloom. Together, Myrenrose is a name that holds both the wildness of nature and the romance of something deeply meaningful.
